This company has come to the rescue multiple times for us. First time, they repaired 3 leaks that the previous roofer wasn’t able to fix, for whatever reason (they claim they couldn’t find the sources of the leaks). A few years later, Suni Roofing re-roofed our house. Recently, we had a company come out for mold remediation and they began installing new flashing. They must not have known anything about roofing because everything they did was wrong. Suni Roofing had to repair not only the flashing, but also multiple areas of the roof where the remediation company popped the seal, which was allowing water to collect under the roofing material. What a nightmare. But, thankfully, Suni Roofing did a great job repairing it for us.

We had a slow leak in a section of our roof. I had called a few other roofers and no one wanted to fix it. They wanted to put an entire new roof so then I called Suni Roofing to come out and look and they told me just what I thought. I didn't need a new roof but to repair the problem. We ran into them because they were working on another house in our neighborhood. We needed to get our roof repaired plus the fascia board. Prize came in very competitive. They scheduled the service within a week as I want to get this done before the rainy season starts. They also checked out the roof and told us that the rest the roof was fine except for the section that had to be repaired. It was about 90 tiles that need to be reset..

They were very accommodating and brought the facia board over early so I could paint it before they put it up. it is a very high roof and I did not want to pay the extra cost for a painter. The roof repair and facia board replacement was done within a day. They were very clean and diligence.

Highly recommend if you're looking for an honest repair roofing company.

Suni Roofing does GREAT work! They were able to find 2 leaks that the previous roofer couldn’t find. Once Suni Roofing fixed the issue, those spots never leaked again. A few years later, we needed a new roof and called Suni Roofing for the job. We had no leak issues after that! We had other home issues and the contractor we hired completely messed up the entire perimeter of the roof! So, we called Suni Roofing again to fix the problem, and they did. It looks great and Suni Roofing always makes sure the employees clean up at the end of every day. Great business to work with. Highly recommend.

Pricing was very good for roof repair, termite damaged woodwork and painting the ceiling. Work was done in a timely manner. Deedee was very easy to communicate with. I have recommended her company to several of my neighbours who needs termite damage work done.

I called after purchasing a home for which I found some water damage on the ceiling of the living room. They responded to my house very quickly and inspected the roof . They felt that it had many years of use left in it but did identify a few areas around the chimney that could be potential sources of a leak. They walked me through the areas of concern and showed me photos of every item that could potentially cause a problem. They also took pictures of the potential problem areas so I could inspect them without having to climb onto the roof. They then quickly patched the area at a very fair and affordable price. I highly recommend them for any roofing concern.
